Hi Matthew, Great combo of ingredients there. Heard the cook time at 5 to 10 min. What would be a good temperature, I am thinking around 250 degrees till the cheese melts. We have some picky eaters here, so thinking of leaving the peppers off and adding maybe tomatoes or pico de gallo. Then all is happy.... Very nice video. Regards, ~~ Karen P.S. In searching for different breakfast cassersoles, I came across a really neat sounding one called: Baked French Toast layered with raspberries and chocolate chips. Chocolate, what's not to like about that casserole, right ..... Subscribed also, believed I saw some raspberry and white chocolate cookies....yummmmm
Looks good!
looks yummy I'm have to try this bit with more cheese
