I love darts so much, finally the world cup has started. I placed a little cheeky Stake punt on Luke Littler win, he is my favorite player but honestly anyone can take it, which is why I love darts so much in the first place 😁 Christmas and Darts, best time of the year.

Keane Barry with the first upset of the tournament. He hasn’t exactly done anything special for the last few years but he played well tonight. Took advantage of Kim’s double woes.
Side note: My heart goes out to Wayne Mardle and his family. I couldn’t believe the news that Wayne’s wife has passed away. 😢 RIP Donna Mardle

That on demand 160 finish from Humphries was something else, he played really poor the whole match but it was enough for 9-0. I am so looking forward to the later rounds.

Just me or Does anyone else think this year it looks grey? The viewing the board like a grey glaze like misty? It just looks grey in the air anyone else notice?
Almost like a weird filter, the colours on the flags aren't really saturated either
People may think im daft but noticed it from first game thought my tv colour was wrong

First match… worst than the WDF first match. Tricole was terrible. He was so bad, Humphries didn’t get out of first gear.
Apart from that 160 checkout… but we’ve seen Luke slow to get going before and he always finds his best darts at the right moments.
@ just the right opponent to show a better performance. He will see that in the third round against Barney.

I’m from Ireland and Keane Barry is my favourite dart player and seeing him beat huybrechts. Is unbelievable he is such a talent at 22 too Come on Keane Barry win the championship boy. Have a good tournament. Fair play to tricole he done well in the first round but it’s hard to beat the champ humphries . Have a good tournament too tricole and come on the Irish ☘️

@2.0mompower Keane’s issues is grouping his darts and tends to be erratic with accuracy at times due to his rapid throwing style.
