When buying keyed alike locks you can usually find multiple packages keyed the same if you look at the key number stamped on the package. I have found this so helpful since you now have may keys that fit all of your locks and can give one key to each person involved with your business and even keep an extra key in a truck or trailer that you use when emptying units. I hat the phone call of “I’m here to load the unit but I forgot my key” having one in the truck has come in handy more than a time or two.
And the deposit needed which is 100 dollars per unit you need for cleaning fees. I really hate when people like this guy lie and don’t tell you about it. So if you win a unit for 40 dollars you will need 140 when you get there
Wade I have a question so I buy and resale as well so when u buy a storage unit and sell on Ebay how do u keep track for taxes do u do it as a whole or single items and how.trying to keep track of everything so I can do taxes in 2021 gonna put alot more into my business cause I'm really good at it lol.hope that makes since

I had someone load a unit for me and they broke open a box and tracked a mess down the hallway of an indoor facility, they were horrified when I informed them that that box was someone’s ashes!
Basic thumb rule specially for online storage auction:- Bid 100$ if you can see goods of resale value worth 300$ in those photos 2) don't buy big storage units if you don't have enough storage capacity (ranting a storage to store this stuff is stupidity) 3) be prepared to sit with this stuff for 3 month to 1 year because it's not easy job to sell stuff in right price even on eBay and Amazon
Storage auction business is dead,30 years experience,most sales are now are online, that gives the storages managers and owners time to cherry pick the units, most units now a days are "dump runs"..

I failed on the first tip, I bought 3 Lockers my first time. Overwhelmed for sure but I made out big time in the end.

Ebay is outdated, to many fee's,refunds without having your customers return the product.....Mistake, do not listen to these outdated advice
