Cheap Gocomma precision screwdrivers of good quality, at least the set in a plastic case is really worthy of attention, especially for such a price.
To see with a file or a hacksaw, I don’t see a point, because everything can be cut, the main thing is that the bit slots do not bend with light force, this is not the case in both sets. But as regards the high-quality manufacture of the bit’s bits themselves, the gray set has really precise trimming. The set of screwdrivers in the leather casing is worse.
The gray set screwdriver bits can be inserted into the screwdriver if necessary, although it is hard for me to imagine such a need.
Allowable backlash bits in the seat is in both sets of precision screwdrivers, but in the leather set it is still a little more, especially during rotation.
Bits are stored conveniently in both sets, in a leather set it is almost impossible to lose bits when falling, in a gray set despite the magnetization of each place under the bat, when I fall, I think they will scatter.
Bolts magnetizes better a set of bits in leather binding, but only slightly.
Personally, I liked the screwdriver with a set of bits in a plastic case more.

по поводу примагничивания, то наоборот лучше та, что не сильно магнитит, тебе при закручивании не нужно 100 винтиков, а только один!
ну и ждем обзор и сравнение с предыдущей версией)
