Not regular souls, they don't need a vessel to interact(fight, speak, move or to be alive) they are already a vessel themselves(they have a spiritual body, they don't need a physical body to exist on both planes of existence) based on the souls depicted in each verse could it not be said as Kubo himself has already stated that they are not simple souls... They are of higher spirituality... I never understood why people would say Chakra=Reiatsu when the thing you should be comparing are Chakra & Reishi... It is frustrating when people attempt to scale one character above another just based off of singular moments. A great example was Seth and Swagkage attempting to say Izuna was superior to warring states Tobirama simply due to Izuna temporarily overpowering Tobirama in the anime when he kicked him back. Even if this was canon which it isn't, you can't take that one moment to represent their relationship because if its an even rivalry then of course you'll have moments where one out-does the other and vice versa. It happens all the time in Naruto particularly Naruto vs Sasuke.

Even just one discrepancy pretty much just throws the anime out as unreliable. Even if it was though I personally see Kishimoto as the author and not random animators and studio writers.

XD But anyways, if we're keeping Seth's planetary or star level scaling for both and then take Baryon mode Naruto vs tybw Ichigo, then I'd think Naruto wins given they seem close when they're both teens. However there's Adult Ichigo in the upcoming manga Hell arc (New Breathes From Hell). We have no idea how strong Ichigo has gotten since TYBW, which was 12 years prior. He should at least have mastered his bankai fully since it's been over 10 years. He could have even learnt kido for all we know - he always had a lot on his plate before, but he finally had the time to learn it probably, or at least enough for a few kido. Some kido are pretty cracked: from gravity manipulation, teleportation, time stop... And during the upcoming arc he will probably get another power boost eventually.

Then there’s the bleach hell arc after the new chapter few months ago and the most we see adult ichigo go do is casually cut the chains of hell in base unreleased no shikai since it was recently confirmed how his sword works now. So there’s no telling how power he is now, but we seen Naruto’s peak in baryon.

Wanna see some real degenerate scaling? Go into one piece power scaling where in character people don’t use their power properly and then they get scaled as if they do. Or when characters/fights are determined by real world laws of physics and then other times not such as electricity, freezing, and heat/fire. Example being a magma man is more destructive than a fire man even though fire has an exponentially high max temperature and other shit, but magma is super specific and has a lower maximum temperature and is just superheated melted rock and minerals. And yet, magma > fire because that’s how the story is written. Sometimes I wish I can turn off the logic/scaling part of my brain cause it ruins moments one media like that.

When he teleports/uses his powers to move around to be able to intercept him (get in between him and his target) you would have to be faster than light quite literally. However, later on post interactions/clashes with this character the speed feats are significantly slower than FTL (faster than light) and people are being blitzed by people who are obviously slower than FTL. I love one piece I think it’s a fun adventure anime with some action and comedy thrown in. But, imo the power scaling in the show is mostly the rule of cool and the winner is whoever the story needs it to be. Example: it is cool for one character to be able to stop the guy moving at the speed of light.
The only explicit instance of the FTL characters being “blitzed” by someone slower than light that I can recall is Gazelleman stealing Tama from Luffy and Zoro, with the in context reasoning being that the latter two were distracted by Batman. (An aside, if FTL was mid tier it makes Kizaru look like a mid tier fighter if his devil fruit is light but the high tiers just always out speed him. Yeah, Cracker’s a weird case. With over 1000 chapters there’s bound to be inconsistencies in the power scaling. I think what Oda’s trying to do is keep top tiers at least relative to light, it’s just that with all the speed blitz feats stacking up over post time skip it makes the case that OP characters would have to be way faster later on. I’ve seen some argue that, even beyond his own natural speed being FTL, Kizaru’s fruit abilities can somehow get faster the stronger he gets, and while I can see where this is coming from with statements of devil fruits getting stronger with training, arguing that the speed of light can change has always struck me as being iffy.
You should try watching a bit of naruto before you watch the fight. He has insane Regeneration and durability plus the chakra balls which have crazy defence aswell.

That wouldn't be enough to tank a Granreycero with no damage, especially from end of series Bankai hollofied Ichigo. Ichigo was able to heavily damage Yhwach with a Granreycero and Yhwach > Naruto. Ichigo also has really good defense and regeneration, he regenerated a large hole in his chest from Ulquiorra and his blut veine defense was able to nullify a direct stab from Yhwach.

There’s multiple feats to suggest that both ichigo and naruto are multi planetary+, and I know he said that he’s not using them in this specific debate, but there are a lot of ways to make the claim that naruto and Ichigo are uni+. Imo the main things that need to be focused on in this battle are speed and hax, since in terms of raw power they scale relative to each other.

It is frustrating when people attempt to scale one character above another just based off of singular moments.
A great example was Seth and Swagkage attempting to say Izuna was superior to warring states Tobirama simply due to Izuna temporarily overpowering Tobirama in the anime when he kicked him back. Even if this was canon which it isn't, you can't take that one moment to represent their relationship because if its an even rivalry then of course you'll have moments where one out-does the other and vice versa. It happens all the time in Naruto particularly Naruto vs Sasuke.
Their argument was that Izuna was winning and that Tobirama caught him off guard with a technique Izuna didn't even know existed.
I mean, you work with what you have to work with. If you only have a singular moment, then that’s that

The anime contradicts the manga several times such as the Hoshikage creating a village system before Hashirama canonically did in the manga. Even just one discrepancy pretty much just throws the anime out as unreliable. Even if it was though I personally see Kishimoto as the author and not random animators and studio writers.

Naruto's characters are faster, on average, alone. Plus, there are more hax in Naruto. Not to mention, the line about Shinobi seeing through all deception. There are clans controlling souls, even. I haven't seen abilities in Bleach where a character can wipe out other abilities completely like the Truth Seeking Orb ability. Those are just a few things off the top of my head that's gives Naruto the edge and that's from the War Arc. Baryon Mode in Boruto is overkill, though. It's kind of similar to Ultra Instinct, except, it only lasts for a short time and kills the user.

Hey bud i can help you, ok first off the Naruto being universal argument comes from a debate that happens due to the meaning of the word Sekai in the novels, where it's says that momo is absorbing a dimension's chakra so he can match Naruto and Sasuke, the problem is that some think that Sekai means universe, world or solar system size but out of the three people are more fine with the dimension being solar system and therefore Naruto is equal or above that and the bleach one comes from the novels where they says that sereitei, hueco mundo and the human realm are all universe size with the space between them being the same size or greater(that's what I remember from that part of the argument but i may be wrong and just the tree worlds are universal size), so there you go bud

Wanna see some real degenerate scaling? Go into one piece power scaling where in character people don’t use their power properly and then they get scaled as if they do. Or when characters/fights are determined by real world laws of physics and then other times not such as electricity, freezing, and heat/fire. Example being a magma man is more destructive than a fire man even though fire has an exponentially high max temperature and other shit, but magma is super specific and has a lower maximum temperature and is just superheated melted rock and minerals. And yet, magma > fire because that’s how the story is written. Sometimes I wish I can turn off the logic/scaling part of my brain cause it ruins moments one media like that.
As far as One Piece scaling goes, what do you think is a reasonable highball for power and speed among the top tier characters?
@@michaeldorsey9231 highball is faster than light because there is a person who is a light man. Literally made of light. When he teleports/uses his powers to move around to be able to intercept him (get in between him and his target) you would have to be faster than light quite literally. However, later on post interactions/clashes with this character the speed feats are significantly slower than FTL (faster than light) and people are being blitzed by people who are obviously slower than FTL.
I love one piece I think it’s a fun adventure anime with some action and comedy thrown in. But, imo the power scaling in the show is mostly the rule of cool and the winner is whoever the story needs it to be. Example: it is cool for one character to be able to stop the guy moving at the speed of light.
The only explicit instance of the FTL characters being “blitzed” by someone slower than light that I can recall is Gazelleman stealing Tama from Luffy and Zoro, with the in context reasoning being that the latter two were distracted by Batman.
Honestly with Ichiji, Niji, and Queen (their Raid Suits/Germa powers are referenced as lasers or lightspeed in the kanji) it kinda seems like Oda’s establishing lightspeed as a baseline for mid tier fighters. Or maybe Kizaru will appear in the near future and still be too fast, idk.

Like luffy didn’t get blitzed by cracker but are you telling me that his soldiers made of bisket have the durability of FTL able to stop a FTL character and then lose to being soaked in water? Also if cracker is able to command his soldiers to fight a character FTL then why couldn’t he react to a FTL fight later in the fight and gets one shot? Honestly I’m not trying to nitpick every little thing but I personally feel like FTL is the highball of one piece because of the inconsistency of irl physics applications in the series. (An aside, if FTL was mid tier it makes Kizaru look like a mid tier fighter if his devil fruit is light but the high tiers just always out speed him. Then it also gets really silly when he moves FTL without using his fruit, because then you are having to use mental gymnastics of explaining that)

I think what Oda’s trying to do is keep top tiers at least relative to light, it’s just that with all the speed blitz feats stacking up over post time skip it makes the case that OP characters would have to be way faster later on.
I’ve seen some argue that, even beyond his own natural speed being FTL, Kizaru’s fruit abilities can somehow get faster the stronger he gets, and while I can see where this is coming from with statements of devil fruits getting stronger with training, arguing that the speed of light can change has always struck me as being iffy.

You should try watching a bit of naruto before you watch the fight. He has insane Regeneration and durability plus the chakra balls which have crazy defence aswell.

That wouldn't be enough to tank a Granreycero with no damage, especially from end of series Bankai hollofied Ichigo. Ichigo was able to heavily damage Yhwach with a Granreycero and Yhwach > Naruto. Ichigo also has really good defense and regeneration, he regenerated a large hole in his chest from Ulquiorra and his blut veine defense was able to nullify a direct stab from Yhwach.

There’s multiple feats to suggest that both ichigo and naruto are multi planetary+, and I know he said that he’s not using them in this specific debate, but there are a lot of ways to make the claim that naruto and Ichigo are uni+. Imo the main things that need to be focused on in this battle are speed and hax, since in terms of raw power they scale relative to each other.
