    Salut, cand porumbul ajunge la apogeul fermentatiei, cand iti muta nasul din loc, se mai poate folosi?

      Salutare. In 4-5 zile e deja perfect pentru a fi folosit. Semintele fiind fierte, nu au nevoie de un timp indelungat pentru fermentare. Poate fi pastrat in galeata cu capac, inchis ermetic timp mai mult. Ca si experiment, am o transa de mai bine de 4 luni, si e numai buna de folosit. In timp isi schimba mirosul. Acum, are un miros intepator, acrisor.

    odata ce e fiert, nu il mai poti numai fermentat. asta e doar porumb fiert preparat atata tot.

      Buna ziua. Ati incercat sa puneti la fermentat porumb fiert si nu a fermentat? Fierberea, din contra, grabeste procesul de fermentare.

      @@LPBaits , intamplarea face ca eu merg la concursuri pe tancabesti, in special la cele unde puncteaza amurul, credema ca stiu cum se fermenteaza un porumb. Intradevar fermenteaza si fiert si cu toate cele, dar calitatea lui dupa fierbere scade drastic. Fermentat singur doar cu apa ce nu contine clor, pastreaza bobul intreg si ii creaza un anumit lapte in interior. Dar cum am zis, odata fiert este doar porumb preparat si atat. Porumbul este cereala nu are nevoie de nimic in plus adaugat ca sa fermenteze, doar apa.

      I put it like this: boiled corn kernels 7 kg, hemp 1 kg, sunflower seeds 2 kg, 1 liter of beer, 50 gr. diluted yeast in 500 ml. hot water, 500 gr. sugar, and to cover all the ingredients with liquid, I kept the water in which the seeds were boiled and used water to complete. Add liquid over the seeds so that they are covered with approximately 5-10 cm of liquid.

    Berea turnata acolo este complet degeaba, ba mai mult, din cauza ca are deja alcool poate inhiba putin pornirea fermentarii

      E o rețetă pe care o folosesc, și nu doar eu. Și funcționează extrem de bine. Acum, fiecare cu obiceiurile și preferințele sale.
