Apparently the African Union mandated six African heads of state led by Zuma to go to Libya and mediate on matters there before things got out of hand and NATO ordered all six president not to land anywhere within Libyan borders. They were told a Western military formation to stop interfering in Libyan affairs and our leaders did as told.
