However, they are not able to draw the correct conclusions from their research. It's blatantly obvious, that the need for chips is essential for nearly all the innovation. We need to ban human drivers. Without humans driving, robo taxi's can be much simpler. The problem is local governments do not want to give up cars, there is too much money in car manufacturing. With robo taxi's the auto industry will collapse. Small pods will transport people around, this is mass transportation. The pods will much lighter weight, cheaper to manufacture and long lasting.
