The back spotter could've saved tht whole thing... !!!! She was shocked by what happened before hand but girl you are the back spotter you have somebody life in your hands CATCH HER FORGET THT SHE KICKED THE OTHWR GURL IN THE FACE. Worry about where your teammate is landing

story of my lifeeeee bro. whenever the flyer comes down on the main base everyone runs to the flyer to see if shes ok and dismisses the main.ive been there so many times

I’m seeing three major things. High Flyers are doing way too much while the bases and preps aren’t doing enough. They are skipping technique in there stunts (grips, flyer body positions, and timing). Tumbling is really rushed so they are skipping technique as well. Overall they are rushing the routine because like every team I’ve been on we would rush the routine because we think the music is faster than what it is. The routine is really good but once it’s cleaned it will dominate.

The crazy part is that even her bases didn't catch her they could have least caught her. If we drop a stunt the entire group had to got in trouble not just one person

The flyers are a little too built and stocky to be flyers. They’re not fat but typically flyers are naturally thin short or average height. That’s why the stunts are hard to execute.
I don’t think it has to do with their weight but the technique and strength of the bases.

Ppl do stunts heavier than this those girls aren’t even heaven you don’t have to be skinny to do a stunt ppl in college are wayyy bigger than this..

I feel like they dont respect the coaches, they dont hit their stunts unless they get scared by the coach. They play around and talk. I get most are teens but if your gonna do cheerleading atleast respect your damn coach. Like, people like Franklin etc: They don't care at all.

Our whole team had to run or do push-ups when we dropped a stunt. I like to see stunts.
When we dropped a flyer in my team the whole stunt had to run 1 lap around the parking lot including the flyer if she wasn’t hurt badly

Flyers are throwing themselves but before they do anything they need to condition for a week straight until they no how to listen. The only person should be talking is the backspotter when she counting.
Backspotters not helping and they need to keep ther hands up to catch high

The flyers and the bases need to work together in each stunt. If they would listen, the stunts wouldn't fall. Too much talking and not enough listening. Girls, tightened up your arms and routine would look cleaner.
Flyers need to get it together. Y’all need to be tight. Y’all too lose and that’s the main reason y’all fall.
