DPSP is basically instruction to the government to take step for improving the status of environment like implementation of EPA Act 1986, WPA,1972 whereas Fundamental duty refers to the moral and civic rights of an individual to take care of the forest like to plant trees and ensure greenery as an an active citizen of society.
Only BT Cotton allowed for commercial cultivation. GM Mustard and GM Rubber also recommended by GEAC.
