The whole issue is Free Trade Navigation in South China. For century all countries in Asia enjoy Free Trade Navigation and enjoy harmony in this region until The Ex President wanted to pivot against China or to contain China, restricting free sea navigation by provocating China with her military might sending fleets of aircraft carriers and battleships. What happens when China & Russia sending their fleets to Cuba streaming up & down the coast of US. Will US consider it a Free Trade of Navigation??? Will the Ex US Army Ambassador answer directly to this question.

Building artificial islands and building a military base on them doesn’t sound like peace and harmony to anyone else but China… so your argument is rubbish.

Dr. Jay Batongbacal was singularly dispassionate and impressive. Mr. Sienho Yee was thorough with wide coverage. Dr. Pham Lan Dung was less dispassionate and John Norton Moore was thoroughly general on the verge of fluff.

Respect on the decision and before they can used the historical claim the respect full form is to give first a permission, the Philippines must give permission to China where they are in the 200 square miles inside the EEZ of the Philippines, I thought only pirates are only doing it but China is not a Pirate, they are bound to selling good by force. They must understand that costumer has always the right to choose on what, they wants who they want to negotiate on them.

How to create acceptance from CCP about South China Sea is the most important issue. Rules have been there long before CCP desire for SCS.
