Best Birthday Gift idea and one way of marketing strategy-Lemon Sponge Cake

I have interest of Baking but its not easy to sell and find someone will buy. I find this idea to bake and give as a birthday present to my friend for her birthday. I'll find this also as a one way of how will i get a customers or buyers to get a little extra income because of this pandemic situations. I hope everyone get inspire in my idea.
