I was able to shop the 2nd day. Had it in my cart, checked out at 12:01 EST on the 12th (9:01 on the 11th my time) and it was sold out (in my size) between adding to bag and checking out

Hi beautiful Erin. This was so fun with you actually being in the store. I live vicariously clothes wise thru people like you. I can not even think of what were my favorites, but definitely the All Saints scarf. I am kind of like you…liking the lighter scarves. That one is beautiful. That Veronica Beard “ suit” was amazing. All the jeans, cropped jackets and sweaters, especially the chocolate brown is gorgeous. You know I have to thrift shop now that I am not working. I found this beautiful faux leather black blazer style jacket in my size at an estate sale. It looks a lot like the one you tried on. I asked the price..all clothes one dollar..so ask my husband to ask about jackets,the man said all clothes one dollar, so I ask..one dollar for all clothes. There was another jacket in the back of the closet that was an olive green suede leather. So I look up the leather one and it came up on The Real Real..exact same one but they called it a biker jacket even though it was blazer style, same brand as mine , same style for sixty percent off for 163.00! Everything was half price so I got the faux leather and the real suede leather..two for one dollar. I have always wanted that style and it is soft, supple and looks new. The suede jacket is a teeny bit big but will be good with sweaters . That won’t happen again, but did I feel fortunate. I loved your picks. The white coat did look amazing on you, but I would have it dirty in an hour. How cool that your sweet Gage did the photography for you. Does he like clothes? Thanks for sharing Erin..❤❤❤❤❤

I love all the long coats you always pick Erin. But I find because I have a big chest and I’m short, whenever I wear a trench I just look like I’m stuffing cantaloupes in my top and wearing a bathrobe. 😆. I would love your opinion on a trench that’s not too heavy/thick 🧥 but still provides warmth! :) thanks!!!

I don't shop at Nordstrom's anymore. However, I like the outfits shown and that you showed items that did not work. Many times I find an outfit I think I like and the one I'm not crazy about works out. Gives me ideas when shopping other stores that I like.

I really appreciate the knit dress revelation moment. I have also graduated to St John knit dress stage. And get upset trying on thin knits. Honestly Idk who they work for. When you go to the stores with a tall physique / narrow feet everything is cropped and wide. So nothing annoys me more than cropped anything and medium width shoes. I wish the theory blazer was in tall because that was one of the top pieces of the entire sale for quilux. So good find for the petites! And appreciate you shinning a light on the profit pieces that should be avoided!

Thank you. Great haul. I have Jo's coated jeans. Love them, I bought them several months ago, before the sale but worth it. They run very long. I am 5'7 and had them hemmed a touch. Love some of faux leather, but find that it disintegrates, so not for me, which is bummer.
Thanks for the specifics like weight of boots and for including pics of what didn't work. Saved me some sad moments in the mirror! I agree - also seen a lowering of standard in fabric quality, stitching...Lots of polyester even in mid-high brands. Like I'm not paying $200 for a polyester blouse. I understand they're trying to turn out clothes in (most of our) price range, but I think I vote for buying fewer pieces with higher quality fabric, construction and def sustainably made with fair labor as the most important. $75 cashmere...someone pays (as they say). More so than I have ever experienced. I love Mother Jeans and was not able to get a pair this year. Do you think Nordstrom bought less merchandise this year or were there more day 1 and 2 shoppers? Also, even though my shopping day was 7/13, I checked 7/12 in the evening and found I could shop. I could have spent more if it had been available so probably worked out best! :)
Loved outfits 5,6,7,9 on you so much! I bought that Halogen black cut out too in the sale last year and the fit is so different! It’s more fitted and sexy! I love that all saints gray sweater but I’m not sure how I feel about spending $250 for 100% polyester.

I was able to snag the blue Reiss dress. I wanted to let your viewers that are taller and/or have longer proportions know this dress can work for them. I fell in love with it. The color is amazing, the open back is a style element that gives it that special feeling. The material hangs lovely on my frame and feels like it was made for me. I can see if you are more petite, the dress can overwhelm that body type.

Honestly, it gives me an idea where to start and sometimes saves me frustration of running into the dreaded "SOLD OUT" wall. I went with my normal size of a small! I loved the slightly oversized fit of it but could size down for a more fitted style. I do recommend ordering two sizes if you can and sending back whichever doesn't work. xo

I was wearing my normal size of a 4 in that one! This particular style has a bit more give to it than most styles from Veronica Beard, so if you are between sizes, I'd say go ahead and size down. Normally for the brand I'd say the opposite. xo

Personally, that is a feature that would make me want it more! I love blazers that have a ruched sleeve and don't think that style will feel dated. It's a "style hack" that I've done for almost forever, but this one is just built right in! its versatile color makes me say that this one is going to be a good wardrobe basic. xo

Major fail on my first order, only keeping 3 of the 20 items....just sizing and style not as expected. I kept the Veronica Beard Faux Leather Dickey Blazer, the Good American Blazer and a Treasure and Bond cinched sweater. I tried to shop in store but I live in Portland and there just is not the stock or sizes of larger cities/stores. It really helps to see others trying things on to get presepctive and styling options. So watching intently and I wil try try again!

What frustrates me about Nordstrom (and a lot of brands) jeans is they don't put too much thought into pocket size and placement, and make the butt area less than flattering. Brands that get this right are Guess and surprisingly a couple I bought from Ann Talyor.
