Great analyzing, for me as interior designer and 3D modeler I totally agree with D5 is changing the game: - large material and 3D components with deep editing options. - The options for camera and post production it’s almost reaching the quality o Vray (my favorite) - and for sure AI which really changing everything in my work time and quality. Thanks for the vid
Good idea; I'll do the same. Except in my case, "the firm" is "my mom's basement" which includes certain amenities like free hotdogs and laundry. So there's that.
Since I started using D5 few months ago I’ve seen a lot of changes and I see that D5 listens to users. Now the only thing I see at the moment is the 3D library (assets) I think they should boost a bit but I understand D5 is still recent in a way so they probably working on that🤓
@@danyg8069 They're so good about listening, and yeah that asset library is something being updated all the time! You may have seen a survey go out recently asking users what assets should be added!
I feel like D5 asset library is extremely high quality compared to other rendering programs and they are always updating it . They are always adding vegetation items too every few months
Your insightful analysis has convinced me to finally stop using claymation models recorded on a super-8 camera and edited with a razor blade and scotch tape.
Surprisingly, I've done this exercise in the past and am currently doing the switch to D5. Thanks for the videos you've shared. They are helping out a lot. 👊

Thanks, I completely agree with you! Excited to see what happens this year!
This is really good Andy. it shows one what real time rendering software are doing across multiple industries. Amazing, Thanks for sharing.

@@shrimpkins Thanks for the chuckle🤣
Lumion is loosing the game because of it's very very expensive subscription model... They also ignored the competition.
@@sebastienbernard1599 Yes, I don't disagree!
You forgot to throw the fibs 😂
🤣 BUY BUY BUY! I'm glad someone got the day trading joke!
