    Just curious, why didn't you just use single phase to three phase vfd's instead of the big rotary phase converter?

    • @TatroMachine
      @TatroMachine  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      because i get a more stable 3 phase with the rorary and that is with a full load at zero rpm. that is something i need with my mill and the air compressor.

    That looks OSHA approved 😜

      This would be under electric inspector. I think that Tatro and I both did ours on our own. OSHA is the safety Police for our roofing industry, They do look for electrical issues, like damaged extension cords. They are trying to put them in Charge of Covid. Scary! So who knows anymore. We are building our shop also and just installed a similar converter in our shop. 380v overhead crane and rollformers, including folding machines. We only have 2 phase here. So we created our our own electricty. It would have not been affordable if we brought in the electric company to up grade at the poles. The phase converter was about 4,000.00 Its larger than Tatro’s. However it does the same.
      Tatro thank for the parts for my shovel. Sprockets and Nickel Chain are sweet. That NOS seat is also sweet.

      i don't care about osha because i have no employees and i don't care to ever have any again. the goverment doesn't know what to do if its just you and you are free to hurt yourself all you want.

      @@TatroMachine haa i know Keenan, I honestly knew that would be your reaction and I respect that. Not many people can walk barefooted in their shop nor use machinery without safety glasses, thats what makes your shop so special, keep plowing away 👍

      @@TatroMachine That’s my goal also. 32 years and I am tired of the lazy, victim, entitled employees. Replacing everyone with equipment. My vintage years will be me and my wife, building roof systems for others to install.
