    The Bengals will have the personnel to put new looks on the field this season. It will all be for naught if the execution is lacking. Execution is common problem with rookies and new team members. Hope the coaches can get everyone locked in this year. Who Dey!

    The lack of of love for Tee in this video is crazy. We've already proved that if our QB is upright with time BOTH Tee and Chase are playing at very high levels and if our other guys are tight we should be an offensive nightmare. That's the beauty of having BOTH Tee and Chase. Y'all kill me talking like Tee not here 🤦🏾

    • @theenthusiast4218
      @theenthusiast4218 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      If you look at tee’s body of work as a whole, tee is overvalued. When he’s healthy he’s the best number 2 in the league. But he’s not a number one. He runs a limited route tree compared to Chase. Tee runs primarily corner, Fades, post and sometimes a curl. This wouldn’t be an issue, but add the fact that He’s only been on the field for 63% of the snaps for the bengals. he is the most injured WR we’ve had the last three years. He constantly leaves games early, or sometimes doesn’t finish drives. That’s the issue, plain and simple. If he didn’t have such a significant injury history no one would ever question Tee.
      If Chase demands the attention of the defense, an average tight end whether it be Geiseki, All, or McLaughlin, and Burton or Yoshi will easily get the job done. Hayden hurst was an average tight end. But if you have sure hands, Joe will make you shine. We don’t need tee as much as tee thinks we need him.

      the both compliment each other. when one isn’t on the field the defense knows who the primary target is. pretty easy to shut down 1 guy when there isn’t a reliable 2 on the field.

      Irwin has 5 TD’s, 4 in 2022 caught in middle of field and on sideline boundary contested catches.
      Yoshi has multiple red zone TD’s and a few nice special teams tackles.
      Jones has a punt return TD.
      Burton is a rookie so we don’t know shit but his tape is good.
      If you can open up the middle of the field and also have Jamarr (and Tee for this year) then this year and onward, and if the play calling and offense evolves, you can make plays all over the field

    I'm so glad the Bengals tagged higgins. Vea tag or Long term deal it doesn't matter but rather not losing higgins and boyd in the same off season. People forget rather quickly losing jones and sanu in the same off season. Yeah we have burrow but receivers have always been important and are more important to winning than ever before in today's nfl. But yeah teams can try to take ja'marr away, good luck. They have been trying to do this for 2 plus years now. For most of 2021 teams didn't treat ja'marr like they did in 2022 and 2023. What brady talked about isn't nothing new. However Burton might be the new Lambo now if he can turn into the player we think he can. Having ja'marr take coverage away from him could help with that. Kids fast. Having tee back is critical too. Burton or Yosi or jones might just be the beneficiaries of having 2 really good proven pass catchers.

    Mike Gesicki lined up in the slot 461 times while he lined up inline just 159 times in 2019. Excluding the four snaps Gesicki played on kick returns, he lined up in the slot a whopping 66% of the time. Meanwhile, he was lined up as a ‘traditional TE’ just 23% of the time. Gesicki is a beast in slot per this article...I think Joe is gonna love his huge frame and great hands, faster than Boyd and better against The great LB's in the AFC North because his size is great the athleticism he has coupled with that...I could see him having his best season ever here in Cincy .....
