Sohyang is without doubt the best vocalist in the world today. Sohyang doesn't sing for money (as she has rejected David Foster, Sony Music & other western record label contracts to be famous commercially). She sings for her belief/faith, comfort her fans & to be free. Also not only was she an ovarian cancer survivor but she also has to go through pneumonia in her singing career which should be impossible for any singer. But she did it through her faith. Essa música é o Ferrari da So Hyang. A musica mais dificil, com os arranjos mais doidos que eu nem sei se essas divas aí q vc falou iam conseguir cantar como ela. Acho que iam precisar do tubo de oxigenio, q a coisa ali é para gente com pulmão. Um momento que vcs professores de canto e voz deviam guardar para servir de inspiração. So Hyang é top mundial mesmo meio doentinha e com 44 anos, ela arrasa qqr cantora!
She overcame cancer in her 20s, overcame pneumonia in her 30s, and recently overcame COVID-19. She is a strong person. We should enjoy her singing rather than worrying about her health.

👍 👍Thank you for your detailed technical analysis and video sharing~♡ For over 7 minutes, she plays with her body and runs. This song is said to be the most difficult song she has ever sang, and she sang it only once.
All I do is watch Sohyang reactions and for some reason I don't overly enjoy this one. This, you raise me up and bridge over troubled water I just don't get that into.
If you want some epic enjoyable Sohyang ones not to miss you definitely don't want to miss out on masked singer ones. Breathe, Home and Mona Lisa are epic. Don't worry there's a mask, oh well. The first two are quite enjoyable. She even makes an epic rapper in Day Day on there. There's serious magic on that show and it's different.
Misty from begin again korea is the other you need to experience.
You may see several and think of stopping. Don't leave those out because again there's magic in them and it's different than her others.
Thanks for this video, She is one of incredible singer in the world, but more important thing is her personality is really good and humble.
You hit the nail on the head. She's a wonderful technical singer, probably the best mixed belt of any singer today but what this performance makes clear is what a beautiful soul she has. What you saw there was impossible to fake, she was living those words on the stage just as she lives them in real life. Please pray that she has a quick recovery from Covid, the world is such a brighter place when she is doing her thing on stage.

Estamos descubriendo cantantes excelentes, maravillosos, con una calidad excelente de la parte de Asia que nos tenían muy limitados a ver. Asia es un tesoro musical, Dimash, Morissette, Sohyang, etc . solo conocíamos lo que brindaba Europa , USA, Puerto Rico, mercado bastante deteriorado en calidad, gracias a TH-cam ahora se abrió el mundo para nosotros, un abanico musical para escoger, nuestros oídos nuevamente escuchan música de calidad !

Well not sure she sing this Epic this year,as a few days ago she was diagnosed with COVID considering she had 8 bouts of Pneumonia from mid 2015 to mid 2018 , she could now be in trouble but we all pray for her!

I know one difference between the reactions to Sohyang's song between the general public and the vocal coach. Ordinary people are simply moved by the fact that Sohyang songs are easy to listen to and sing well. Sohyang came down with covid19 last Thursday and this can be a serious health issue for someone who is immune compromised like her. Please add Sohyang to your prayers so she can be healed by God. She got hepatitis B when she had cancer surgery when she was 20 and this is why she gets pneumonia so often. Thus covid19 can be a mortal danger to her because really serious pneumonia and heart problems can develop from it. I thought everyone would want to know that. 😯💘😲
