Hi! I'm a licensed medical aesthetician and I just wanted to give some tips! Cleansing twice is totally cool, then toning, but make sure to exfoliate after that, (but only exfoliate 1 or 2 times a week), tone again, then apply your mask, and for the second mask it's fun to add your favorite serum and then apply your mask, then once you remove it you can re apply your serum and then your moisturizer. As far as the steamer goes, it's great to use when waiting for your mask to penetrate your skin. And always remember, use upwards motions when applying and removing product! ** Side note not related to your specific facial in this video, everyone has different skin so be cautious on which products you use and never do a chemical peel without consulting an expert first! Caroline Hirons asked some of her facials at friends if they do it and Rene Rouleau and Jordan Samuel both said no because it can aggravate the skin especially if it’s a client that has very reactive skin or rosacea. It can dry out the skin and it can dilate blood vessels on people with sensitive skin. Just thought you’d find it interesting since you’re super into skin right now!
Yeah to be honest I never steam my face I prefer using just a warm wash rag to open pores before extractions. Tar wanted to try it and I did some extractions on her face even tho I really don't recommend doing them because most ppl way over do it but I know how to properly do it so I told her I would but didn't want to show it to promote it.

Legitimately enjoy how you’re promoting self care (and making some $ off of it) but if people did this for themselves once a month imagine how much less anxiety there might be in the world. Ever try cbd infused drinks? I found sparkling tangerine water that has cbd in it & I think it helps mellow me a little and having chamomile tea before bed is just relaxing.
