Roy Whiting... I used to go to an adventure playground in Crawley when I was a kid and that Roy used to work there. He would be with children all day every day in the summer. He also used to work in the local chip shop that we would go to after school. Scary to think how much he was around us.

Amazing son. Its clear Charles has not known anything in his life other than violence and never educated or given any form of help to show him the other side of his violence. His son is doing amazing on his own showing him the other side of life and feelings. It's It's shame he hasn't had a real diagnosis with his mental health and he will definitely have a form of PTSD. I've worked with released prisoners and alot of them have different thought processes than the rest and they don't see the hurt and pain they have put the victim and the family through. This is where the mental health team and therapy should jump in so I applaud his son for all he is doing. It is wrong that he has been locked up for so long. If they had intervened in the past 10 years he could have been rehabilitated and released by now. Amazing podcast.

Omg lucky he’s alive. My best friend when around 13 yrs old did exactly the same thing stood on top of a train touched something he shouldn’t and was basically welded to the wire for over an hour his dad had to hit him with a stick to get him off it was terrible emergency services couldn’t get to him he was gone. Rip Kelvin.🙏🏻. So please tell your kids to keep away from train tracks there so dam dangerous not to be played on people.

Basically they just concentrate on all negative stuff he did instead of concentrating on all the positive things he's done and still doing ie: charitable things he's became a product of their own making but now with all the interaction he's had and having with the outside world and people who truly know him having a say on his behalf people are discovering his true personality and nature so this time round he might have a good fighting chance at his freedom.
