They would never act that way in real life; in front of actual people. They're children who think it's funny to try to ruin other people's lives. It's sad really. Their mother didn't hug them enough, or their dad beat them, or they get bullied at school/work, and they come here and take it out on other people.
I think these ninja balls would make really interesting targets. You could test their durability by starting with your standard plastic BB and work your way up to pellet guns or maybe your homemade survival Bow! Also if you could construct some kind of launcher to sling multiple of the smaller ones with the parachutes attached, I think that would be pretty cool.
Can u try the same experiment but filling them up with some flammable substance and when it breaks and possibly hits fire it with light up !!!! Like if u want to see it happen !!!!

Fill it with cornstarch (flammable when in aerosol) and drop it on a big pile of nitrogen tr-iodide. The will burst, cornstarch will go everywhere, and then the touch powder will go off and ignite the cornstarch = fireball!!
try dropping a knife from that building onto items (like the giant ninja stress balls) or have the knife on the ground and drop the items on the knife.
Try filling it with oobleck! (I don’t think it will pop by dropping it but you can have fun smashing it with things like hammers) or try shooting it with a paintball gun!
What I think would be neat to see is a giant slingshot shooting a giant ninja ball, and maybe test the force of impact or how far you can get it to go.
