@@far6311 I wear 2 braids and rebraid them every 1-2 weeks. I drench my hair with water daily in the shower and leave it alone in a silk cap. For products, I use rice water, argan oil, carrot oil, and any moisturizing leave-in I find at the hair store.

Its absolutely possible. I used to have really bad acne, now my skin be glowing sis. It's all in the food. Make it clean and do a food journal. Coconut oil, olive oil, veggies, no dairy, less meat, less sugar have become my best friend. Good luck! You can do it 💕
