I feel that during process of writing your problem to someone, you self analyze yourself and your problem can be resolved by your only .. Writing problem on paper or to someone else helps to actually understand your own behavior.. I tried this to write someone and didn't sent him because during writing I felt the actual issue of my behavior and trying to cop up with it..
