AKAI S1000 Motherboard modification to support 8MB memory boards

Thanks for the video. I just did everything you showed me in te video, but it's still says 4mwords fiited. I got 2 8mb ramcards and 2 2mb ramscards. So it should says 10 mwords fitted, but it isn't. What goes wrong?

I do not know for sure. I think there is a problem when you mix 8 and 2 MB boards. Did you try with the 2 8MB boards alone?

Are they installed in the following order: 2-8-8-2 ? Other orders don't work afaik
