I exactly followed your instructions and now I have over 200 three inch high plants. I have started to transfer 3-4 seedlings together into one pot and they are doing great. I had my ‘mother’ palms about 6 years by then and when I bought them they were 10 feet high ( I don’t know how old that would make them). They need a certain age to produce ‘worthy’ seeds. All the plants I got are doing wonderful. I grouped 5 together and now I finally transferred them from the pots to their final destination in the yards. They are 2 feet high. good luck

I don't think that you can so seeds in Sea sand because it contains salt. However, there maybe some process in sowing in Sea sand but that process is not known to me. I am sorry for that.

No you need only river sand. Because sea sand retains salt in it.

Sir, I like your scientific but simple way of explaining things. Today I happened to watch this video and at evening, surprisingly spotted an areca palm tree with ripened nuts on the way home from office. Immediately I plucked some seeds and brought them home.
