Great vid! I’m also getting to bait casting reels, and the whole right hand switch is kinda odd. I just picked up this reel in LH (I’m also a righty) it might be wrong but it’ll feel right to me.

So my reel has the tension knob, and the wind crank to control if windy, so why is the wind thing under the side plate

So , the video is 5 months old. I’m very interested in this exact reel. Same gear ratio and left handle and I’m a beginner too for bait cast. How is it holding up ?

This reel is GREAT! It holds up well. Used it in both fresh and salt water fishing. I really like the feel and the way this reel casts. It’s got it’s own learning curl like all baitcasters, but has never underperformed. I’ve added MANY reels to my collection since this video, but love picking this one up every time. Get it, use it, love it.
