The best decision I ever made was to delete my social media accounts. It's allowed me to live in my present reality, and build without expectation or judgment. People live through social media, and not reality - it has caused us to physically, and psychologically detach from others to our detriment. And that's so unfortunate.

I haven't been on traditional social media for a long tome. I found myself being what I was not created to be... A hater. Jealousy was rearing its ugly head. "The why not me" syndrome (envy). Practicing bad will perpetuate bad. I need to chose different. Be happy for others. Being off of social media doesn't remove that trait, it just makes it easier to work on those things with a clear mind.

The one thing I'm learning from being off of social media for over a year now is that you have to stand ten toes down in yourself worth and know that other people's opinions are irrelevant if you're living your life realistically in your immediate reality no one is walking a mile in your shoes you're doing that so with being 100% with yourself when it comes to your worth if you notice social media is having an effect on your mental capacity and you're having identity crisis then social media is poison for you you need to disconnect and deal strictly with your immediate reality!

This a logical and educated discussion. I glad I came across this. Feels like everyday more and more of social media is telling us how bad our men are. No grace or understanding is ever given.

I can't even begin to put into words how I feel right now. I spent most of my time nodding my head in agreement to what he was saying. Anxiously awaiting the book.

Hurting, bleeding on and abandoning people. What my ex-husband did to me.
I will continue to support and love our black men.
This conversation is QUANTUM!!! I have forwarded this to several of my male friends and family members already!
    Love and light, continued blessings!

A very thought provoking conversation. Thank you!!! “Thoughts become things”. So important to think positive as to align yourself with positive manifestations. The first thing I do when I awake is to say “Thank you to God” Thank you for keeping me safe while I sleep, Thank you for waking me up and Thank you for keeping me safe as I go about my day. I also do breathing exercises because I’m grateful for my life and my body is my temple. I want to love and protect it. In all things I do Love is at the heart of it. Ppl try their best to distract and mislead you but Love never sways and if you’re confident and secure in who you are, you’ll never be moved from being balanced and centered. I also love and live by the quote “The Best Way To Predict The Future Is To Create It! “ Abraham Lincoln “. Create the life that’s best for you by you and watch miracles happen everyday. ✨🙏🏼✨
