Richie doubled down on Carmy when he brought the group of diners into the kitchen. He handled the situation getting them away from the table so they could reset it and also showed the patrons how stressed out Carmy is and how disfunctional the kitchen was. Strong play.
I think Matty, the only real chef who is a non-professional actor, plays Fak so adorably. Him walking back with the broth had me rolling. He's so nervous in service, yet in real life he owns so many restaurants.
These first three episodes are very strong in my opinion - but I think after episode 4 it slows down quite a bit and becomes a little sluggish til the finale. Love the show still tho and can't wait for szn 4!

I actually felt that the second half of this season is stronger.
Song feels like very Home alone type Christmas feels. Fun is that home alone was based on Chicago and same the Bear….
