I don't understand oh. I know the Moabite king applied this principle at a time that a superior sacrifice was not available but can we emphatically say that the sacrifice of a baby can match the sacrifice of the Lord Jesus? Are we all agreeing now that the sacrifice of a newborn can parallel or supersede the sacrifice of God Himself? So if the dark forces want to stop the move of the Lord all they need to do is set the timing of the sacrifice, pump some girl full, get her pregnant, and have her deliver the child at the right time for a human sacrifice? How come all the civilizations that did human sacrifice routinely were all wiped out? If sacrificing babies was so potent all the civilizations that worshipped Moloch should be here today but they are all wiped out. This is a totally unscriptural teaching as far as I am concerned. I am not a Bible superstar but I don't think this excuse is the truth.

He is not wrong. Evil men are not lazy like most of us Christians. He is not glorifying them, but rather warning us Christians to wake up. We cannot even pray for an hour straight in a day while these people use about 16-18 hrs to work a curse that of course takes effect. A regular church goer cannot even pray a simple headache away. We need to wake up and live our lives for Christ rather than self. Roman 14:7-12. Christians are so bugged down with their jobs, family, socializing, time for tv and excess sleep, that they cannot pray, worship or study the word. The kingdom of Satan is so organised in their operations that the way Christians operate is laughable sometimes. We have been riding in the grace of God for so much that devil has distracted us from God. So yes, the sacrifice evil men make to their craft is way more than what we Christians dedicate to God. God will not be mocked! Sunday worship, five minutes prayer in the morning and night and calling him only when we’re in trouble is not how we worship God in spirit and truth. In worshipping Him in spirit and truth is how we really put on the full armour of God to stand against the wiles of the devil.
The prayers that all the christians prayed could not match the sacrifice of the heathen, this is something we need to look into.

Does it mean God became powerless in the face of a child sacrifice? So prayers, fasting and sacrifices of christians all over Nigeria was not enough for God to give Peter Obi the victory?
It is a spiritual law that can only be changed by a counter law. In 2nd kings 3 even though Elisah a protégé of Elijah had prophesied victory for Israel and its allies over the Moabites in a battle, things turned around for Israel and its allies when the King of the Moabites sensing imminent defeat sacrificed his first son during the battle so that Israel and its allies were overwhelmed and chased away. In this case and in the case of the election I believe a counter law can still be applied as perhaps more fasting and prayers but not when you concede to defeat and feel it is all over. God is mysterious and always teaching us something.

@cryptofxalgorithms that was before the sacrifice of the Lord. No sacrifice is greater than the sacrifice of the Lord Jesus. The Moabite king offered his son on the wall. Jesus' blood was spilt on the mercy seat which is a replica of what is in heaven. Even the altars cannot be compared. So sacrificing babies may be potent in the days of old but it cannot overpower the sacrifice of Christ. This invalidates your view. This is just an excuse for a failed prophecy.

Exactly as I had followed his teachings.. Apostle was not talking about 2023 presidential or governorship elections. He was talking about a State's governorship election and the year was not last year. If you listen carefully, he said in his territory, precisely a middle belt state.
