We have a team that is a patchwork of disparate coaching staffs and gm's. Imho, we have to give Daboll abd Shoen at least 2 more years, otherwise we become the Browns and the patchwork confusion continues.
A QB must also have the skills & dexterity of a point guard, especially in the Red Zone. That is a key skill missing from DJ's tool locker. He'd still make an awesome TE.
