I think it’s great (You having the opportunity, and a willing shop @ Ark Tuning) that you are able to do before and after to “little” mods and post up the differences. Look forward to the rest of your mods.
That Victory,( like the color, mine is havasu red), with the tri ovals would at least be a stage one upgrade. Now put a Lloyds filter, a 501 or 505 Lloyds cam in it with a maximus ecu flash and it will bring out dyno numbers in the 115 hp and 115 torque range, and all for 16 to 18 hundred dollars, a terrific and fun upgrade. I know I love mine. Like the new sound of cat delete, a viable option without too much money. I can not imagine riding a Victory Cross Country all that way to SE Oklahoma at 85 mph, the buffeting is crazy. Tell your buddy to solve this, and I did, put the Witchdoctors lower wind deflectors on and soft chaps on the engine guards. Only wind you will feel would be a cross wind if there is one. In hot weather take the chaps off.
What’s your thoughts on a cat delete vs. voiding the warranty. I just brought home my Brand new 2023 challenger dark horse and know a cat delete make everything run better and cooler.
I'd leave it like that! Sounds pretty good to me! The fact that the filter and cat delete didn't do much really doesn't make me feel good about throwing parts at one.
Cam and a tune... DO IT!! 🤣The Pursuit sounds damn good with the "Fishhack" . 👍 I posted a video a few weeks ago on how I solved the buffeting & heat issues on my Victory XC
@@Ridingfish Now, do I drop $2.5k for front and rear suspension upgrades and ride the Vic until the wheels fall off or do I listen to you and drop $35k to buy a Pursuit .. 🤔
I wonder how much of that sound improvement is just using a single muffler? Would a 2-1-2 give you a similar result? Also, how much weight do you lose by dropping a muffler?
So it is louder with the one pipe. Bit that being said it would for sure add sound with the 2-1-2.. and about the muffler weight.. ill get back to you on that as I'm going to film all that soon.. (they are heavy AF tho)
@@Luckky-13 It is a deeper and slightly louder sound, it good enough that I haven't moved on to different pipes yet after about a year. I made a video that is sound only with two different mics to compare the before and after. th-cam.com/video/YE7mp-lP0BE/w-d-xo.html

4429 is my guess Good knowledge to have that with your "hack" you lose nothing on the dyno, power-wise and gain in the power to weight ratio. You ran a ghost pipe with this set up. As I heard the Indian cams don't add as much and that they suck vs. Lloyd'z. I'm really surprised that the K&N did not add more .. Will keep watching to see the results
I do think if I had even Indians stage one tune it would help but it is what it is... I will not be running a ghost pipe that is just how Tab Performance has their cat deletes.. Sciatic sucks. If it is just sciatica go see a good chiropractor. Now if it is caused by stenosis or bulging disc, etc see a good orthopedic doctor. Proper core stretching and exercises has improved mine about 90 percent.
