I was put on and still on Pentoxifylline 400 mg capsules 3 times a day after 8 years from onset. It worked wonders for me and don’t know where your getting information this medication causes more hard nodules as a side effect?
Mine was completely straight when i was in elementary, that was until my teenage years when it started to bend downward. My guess was keeping it downward whenever i had an erection and a wrong masturbating style did a huge role in this.
Since 2020, i started on keeping my penis on upward position inside my boxers whenever i had an erection and keeping also a straight hand style or use a fleshlight every time i am masturbating. Your situation is called a congenital curvature which is normal, a lot more men than you think have a curvature or bend starting from the base of the shaft. What may help a curvature is using a penis stretcher, they have been very successful at straightening a curvature. Most men do not see each other’s erect penis other than perhaps the spontaneous erection in a public open shower/locker room. The curvatures cannot be seen in a flaccid state therefore,men do not know if a curvature is normal or common. Curvatures can be in any direction

Mine corrected in about a year. But I have been in pain in the perineum, lower abdomen, and scrotum for about a year and a half, then now it is more near my rectum than my testicles. I just feel sore or dead in my privates. Also, after about 8 months and a couple of the months with physical therapy I sort of been having erections. It is nothing like it use to be, but the curve seems to be gone. I just get this weird feeling in the middle of the top with the top not filling like it use to.

Yes, one looses length when acquiring Peyronie’s. It is formation of plaques which prevents penis from expanding on that location. It is just like pinching a blown long balloon, it bends and prevents it from achieving its full length.

It us true that they are used in ultrasonography (a radiologic test to see structures within the body), but they can also be used for example in treating kidney stones in a procedure called lithotripsy. Therefore, they surely can be used to treat Peyronie's disease with a procedure called Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy (ESWT) which is also considered a treatment option in some places, it has been reported that it can even be curable.

Congenital curvature you’ve had all your life. Peyronie’s is a curvature/bend which occurs suddenly or gradually over several months or years, a sharp curve from at any point, and usually can feel the plaques on penis at joint of curve. There is usually also pain.

I've been dealing with this malady for a little over two years. What started as a minor annoyance has progressed to a severe upward bend, an hourglass shaped shaft, and reduced length. Very unprofessional, should be reported. First of all, you should be seeing a nurse practitioner or family doctor and demand a referral to the best urologist who specializes in Peyronie’s. Many doctors are unfamiliar with this condition/ never heard about it. A lot of urologist are also very unfamiliar with condition and treatment, seek one who it is their specialty.

Some bent penises are due to congenital defects present at birth, not caused by a disease or trauma later in life. CPC defects are rare, but they do happen. What is your question exactly? Is your penis usable with a left curve? It depends on degree of curvature, it makes no difference weather it curves to right, left, up, down, what is I important is the severity of the curvature. Since it is all about scar tissue ... blood flow doesn't seem to do any magic. think about it like this; you have scar tissue that is less flexible on one side of your penis. So when it is filled with blood ... everything stretch, except for that scar tissue ... and that kinda drag your penis out of the position you want it to be in. From what I have read so far ... two options seems plausible for improving this condition. a) Stretching devices, that maybe can stretch the scar tissue over time to be more flexible than it was in its original state. b) Surgery where the scar tissue is removed. The downside of this is that it seems to be a risk of losing sensitivity in your penis head. I think the best way is to discuss this with health professionals and find a suitable treatment based on your specific needs.

No good options - all are shit. Traction device seems like it may help somewhat. The phoenix not mentioned can help w pain and erections but not likely to help bend much
Traction device is a good option it just takes time
There are many treatment options. Try from least invasive until you get desired outcome. I acquired a bend of 75-80 degrees, after 2 years from onset, I was put on surgery waiting list, scheduled for injections in 6 mths from consultation and started with least invasive treatment option. The top notch urologist hadn’t have much hope for me other than surgery. I was put on Pentoxifylline 400 mg three times a day, vitamine E 400 ui three times a day, and medical grade penis stretcher only available by prescription. Well, the results were fabulous !! Within 6 mths, my bend decreased to about 15 degrees with the medication and penis stretching device. Didn’t have to take injections, no surgery and all is well. Not saying this will work for everyone but it did for me. Good luck to you.

Yes, you can depending on the severity of bend/curve. Some may bend/curve 90 degrees mid shaft, intercourse is impossible but erections are still possible

I think for me it was just from wearing pants and a deformity I was more susceptible to. I'm going to try out the penile traction device as it the most popular probably for a reason. I'm insecure about my upward curved penis as I feel women find it ugly despite not saying anything.

How did it started was it very painful
I truies least invasive treatment first. I was bent at 75-80 degrees, booked on wait list for surgery. Was put on Pentoxifylline 400 mg three times a day and used a medical grade penis stretching device only available thru urologist. It worked wonders, bent down to about 15 degrees, surgery canceled, injections cancelled, back to normal 🙂. It may not work for everyone but definitely the least intrusive treatment to try. My penis stretcher device has no tension springs on it. It was somewhat painful to use but least riskiest treatment, worth the pain. It took about 4-6 months for full results with dedication of daily use.

The most reason why this happens starts from child hood. Most children when erect, fill shy and as a result they pull there penis to a firm position in support of there wears. Not knowing they are actually hurting them self on the long run.. I have this situation and this is my own cause
