He is also a big part in terms of how strong this team is when they do those fast counter attacks I like what Slot has done he has kept those fast transitions we do while adding more control and also not pressing as intensely all the time which so far has led to less injuries

Gravenberch found his new position.
Szobozlai is a no10.
And Konate is much much better than Quansah
Klopp did great! But he was totally burned out towards the end. Slot brings a lot of new energy and fresh systems. Klopp would probably never have been able to implement this controlling style of play the way Arne did.
It makes more sense to conserve energy. I always thought that under Klopp they looked exhausted at the end of games. Slotted in nicely...😊

As a long time fan of Liverpool I am so happy and love this team. Only thing I hate is we don’t spend like other top teams and buy world class players. We need depth and prolonging our best players. Give them a f*cking contract and sign more!!!
No one should underestimate what Klopp did and what Slot has done....but Its testament to how the owners dealt with the best LFC manager in the last 30 years, leaving......the structure and foundations for the next 20 years are set....

Smashing it this season. They are a solid unit with the players that can move around positions and still be effective. The whole team is connected and there’s a bond and a will to win. It’s theirs to lose but if they keep it up they can achieve so much and Arne slot could win the prem and champions league in his first season. Don’t think that’s ever been done before. But yeah more than happy with Liverpool at the moment. They just need to stay focused and give their all each game. Life is good right now
As lfc fans, I am also surprise considering they didn't buy any player in summer and January.. Keep it up Arne and Tq Klopp.

Slot perfected it though and I give the players a lot of credit to buy into his style. It's much more controlled football than it was under Jurgen.

Many people say yes, he's good, but Jürgen built this team.. yes, but now Slot manages and leads the team, not Jürgen. With Jürgen they finished third last season and did not win the Europe league.

He's 35, not exactly a pensioner. It's a shame injuries blighted his career, that one season as part of the SAS was incredible

They have 6 different attackers. Salah, Nunez, Jota, Gakpo, Diaz, Chiesa. No other teams has anything like
Chiesa has only just come back from an injury since we bought him so he's missed half the season. Jota has been injured twice and out for months at a time. Nunez only ever really gets 20 minutes towards the end of some games. It's pretty much the same front 3 every week

It’s crazy to see Liverpool fans moaning about FSG and a perceived lack of investment (not here but I’ve seen it elsewhere in recent days)
The midfield was rebuilt in 2023 and its coming to fruition now. The front six is just mad and the defence is among the worlds best (although a defender or two is obviously the next move)
For what they [don't] spend, we're over achieving...If they'd spent a little more when the signs were there, we'd have a bigger trophy cabinet.

Everyone in the comments talking about Klopp putting the squad together and you’re all right. BUT they didn’t win last year. Still have to make the team play. And play they do. Imagine replacing someone like Klopp and doing this well. Yes he inherited a great squad but remember in the summer everyone saying they need this position strengthening and that position strengthening and then they don’t sign anyone and it looked like a “bad window”. It was anything but a foregone conclusion that they would do this well. Respect.
