She had a hit song much loved in the world, she is very beautiful, she has matured, she has aged but she is still charming, elegant, educated and hot.
But her generation will no longer be successful, her time of success has passed, she spent two and a half decades to return to the world of music again, she is no longer successful, there are not many phenomenal people in the world of music.
If she hadn't disappeared so much she would be living off music royalties today and would be at the top of the charts but she didn't, she will be at the bottom of the music queue, the market today is ruthless towards those who play at being singers and musicians.
My late wife and I used to listen to this over and over right after it came out in 1997. Still resonates and her voice is still just so angelic! Thank you, Ms. Natalie, for the poignant memories! She loved this song so much and over the years I cannot think of many songs that really moved her as much.

To be honest I know Natalie has really good songs and work to her name over the years. But what stands out to me here is not only her wonderful voice but her bubbly personality and enthusiastic smiling spirit despite having to sing this song for probably the millionth time. She's a class act who loves performing live.

I just typed a similar comment! I know artists get tired of singing their big hits over and over and over. Can you blame? I would probably feel the same way if I had sung a song probably hundreds of times. But she didn't seem that way here. She sang it with enthusiasm and joy. Loved it!

WLI was her last album in the United States until her new album “Firebird” came out last month

I'm 36 now and also bought this on cassette when it came out. The 90's, early 2000's were definitely a special time to grow up, I feel very blessed to have been born into that era and will always look back fondly at that time.

Her second album was brilliant aswell but very overlooked. I'm glad she tried to stick to the art rather than being overly commercial even though she had some hits.
Left of the Middle was absolutely excellent, I wore my ears out listening to that album and it has everything from deep cutting lost love bangers like Torn, Smoke and Left of the Middle to upbeat fuck the world tunes like Wishing I Was There and Intuition. Every song is brilliant on that album.

Its so heartbreaking hearing her say that Daniel Johns was the love of her life, all those years later, and that she never found somebody remotely close to what they had. She ended up having a baby by her own. I remember seeing them as a couple back then, Life is so short.

She had top 5 hits off her first 3 albums. Sadly classic radio stations only seem to play Torn which is a shame as she has released better. It may give the vibe of a one hit wonder but she was very successful numerous times back in the day. Her recent album Firebird entered the top 10 after a long break from recording. Her concerts sold out. Still has a substantial fan base.
