Madam… it doesn’t rain all the time, there are supermarkets open 24hours. In the U.K. people have a routine - hence why other shops close early. In the summer there are long days and short nights. You need to be skilled to have a decent job - just like anywhere in the world. Also - have you heard of private medical care?? If you want free medical care YES you have to wait - but if you want a doctor to see you on the spot - you will have to put your hand in your pockets - just like India.
Struggles are everywhere, unless your parents are with you then it is a big help i can say or even if they live nearby, at least you can get a meal from them. But life alone abroad is struggles, no househelp !
