Stepping back in time, seeing the tiles made so long ago. Those craftsmen probably never thought about that in the future we'd be still admiring their labors.
***Bovine breath*** ... that made me laugh out loud. hahaha. I was so intent in watching and hanging onto every word, and all of a sudden you made that comment and I just had to laugh.. haha Wow... the tiles are amazing! The ceiling was breathtaking.... all that gold... wow! The paintings on the walls are incredible. Another awesome adventure with Imo... thanks! 💗
A cracking vlog Imo. One of my favourite Charles Dickens stories is A Christmas Carol. The door knocker tile reminded me of Jacob Marley.😂 And in the story Scrooge has a tiled fireplace. What a fascinating museum. Loved that. I’ve finally learned how to buy you a coffee ☕️ on here. 😂 You’ve earned them on this trip for sure. 👍🏻 Enjoy. X
Love the tile QR code so cool! Glad you were able to video. The tile work is amazing in that museum. Enjoyed this museum visit. Beautiful courtyard as well.
Wow that's amazing, what beautiful tiles,so much history there.I'm really enjoying your Portugal vlogs. Have fun and thanks for sharing your vacation ❤.
@@PlanetImoFor something that clearly holds a lot of history it’s wonderful that they’ve obviously made sure it’s usable for all. You really don’t find that all too often
Visited this museum last October on an insanely rainy day. Completely blown away by it. It should be top of the list for anyone visiting LIsbon. Please tell me you saw The Wedding of the Hen?
How amazing breath taking where in the valleys do you live Imogen have you been to Llandaff cathedral absolutely stunning sending you all my love and God 🙏 blessxxx Melanie xxx
Thanks Mel. I hope you don’t mind - I need to keep my home location private for safety reasons, but I’m in South Wales. Thanks so much for watching. :)

Yes! And of course they'd have had no concept of TH-cam and people from all around the world looking at them :)
Amazingly Beautiful it was the vibrant colours that struck me x
Me too! Thanks for watching, Pam. X

The tile museum and the church was excellent. That long mural of Lisbon was magnificent. You must be enjoying all of this. Cheers

I probably did as I looked at it all :)
Thank you 😊
You're welcome 😊 Thanks so much for watching.
The tiles remind me of the ones in some public toilets in Windsor. I have no idea how old they are, but they look similar in colors and styles
It’s only fitting that the QR code at the tile museum is made of, what else, tiles!
Lovely
Thanks :)
That qr code is rather clever.
I thought so too :)
That horse-drawn carriage in the panoramic scene looks like its missing its wheel and is floating and being pulled by a rhino! 😂

Do the tiles outside, get slippy in the rain?
They don’t tend to be on the floor but the cobbles defo DO get slippery underfoot, yes.
Good video ❤
Thanks 🤩
Have you been to Sintra? worth a visit 😀
I have :) and vlogged it! It’s on my channel somewhere. I think I have done two Sintra vlogs.
Goodness that is a skinny building. Not many options to position furniture in there 😅
Hope is not Raining ☔️
I managed to dodge all showers today :) It should clear up for next week, I am told. Thanks, Kazza!
❤✈️🏖🫖☕️🍪
Thanks, Rebecca :)
