I don’t mind these guys singing the songs, but to try and act out the personal feelings of Elvis by shaking his head…. doesn’t work for me. Elvis had a great love of gospel music and was genuinely touched by the the Sweet Inspirations, J.D Sumner, The Stamps etc. This guy and other impersonators just copy that as a mannerism. Just sing the songs, do his moves if you want, but don’t fake it. Not only that, he couldn’t hit those high notes like Elvis did.
I hear you. Elvis is the King for many reasons, none of the impersonators can match him. This guy however does a good job. Part of being an impersonator in my opinion is recreating Elvis to the best of their ability in all aspects of his performances. I saw Elvis's face in this man's performance a few times and it was so cool. At the video mark, .028, 1.06. 1.19. I am sure you know the song by Ronnie McDowell, The King is Gone. "I stand in front of a mirror day and night, I listen to every one of records and I repeat every word and every note until I finally got it right."
I miss Shawn so much and he is good father and he is not a father and nobody else enough to get a hands of Shawn he's not playing any one else can't deal with real him and he is my hero and Elvis never touched nobody cares how they know Shawn klush was nothing to say anything like this before about his real voice and Lisa Marie Presley miss her late father and sing a song in the Getto and Shawn always with us and I know he's doing it right and he forgive fans love him more than ever close with real him and I cry so painful and I almost passed away and Elvis knows Shawn and better human being.
