Wachtel Panel Cutter Demo 24g 7/8 Corrugated Panel

We said we’d do it so here you have it. The panel cutter definitely cuts through but as you see in the video, it deforms the panel and has a difficult time making it’s way up, over down and through. This is due to the nearly 1” consistent rib profile that of this panel has. We’d suggest a smaller set of slitter knives. #wachtel #panelcutter #slitter @jetcoproducts

Good test, Have you put it to the test in standing seam metal 24 g?

I have not.. Because, most standing seam panels have for metal building systems have a lot going on in the seams. I can definitely demonstrate how it most likely won’t be able to pass over the seams. Haha
