The update before that added a new swamp biome, frogs, a new cave biome, and a couple new structures that have great loot for the cost of great danger. The update before that one was a 2 part that overhauled caves entirely, and the rest overhauled a lot and fixed bugs. It's not updates getting lazier, it's players getting more demanding
My though is the heavy core should be used as the first ever falling non falling block, so say you place it down and break the block under it, it doesn’t fall but if you left click or sm it will fall.

What about jump boost potions? Easy to get, it will finally give it a real use, doesn't need extra time like throwing the ender pearl or wind charge, and only takes up 1 inventory slot instead of 2 since potions will be stackable now.
As a guy who played since Minecraft light, I recommend just not doing this if the item negates fall damage, you’ve just fundamentally changed the game making fold damage it’s self pointless

I think i have a solution against the mace if a player has a jump boost or already at a high place if they jump against you you should use any projectile weapon that has knockback like a bow crossbow or a trident or use a sword i think the sword out range the mace so there that but there are also the elytra if a player has one i think a projectile again or build a wall would do it Or when the player is flying to you place an end crystal and they would be heavy damage and if they dont die to the explosion or fall damage then use a trident i think the trident would be a useful weapon in the future and yes i was bored when i was making this and i dont even play minecraft
if steve is in the next smash, just imagine if this replaced elytra as his up b imagine tossing an ender pearl and wind charge before descending to down with a mace and spiking Shulk offstage. That sounds cool. Plus, it'll be less spoilery for players who haven't played minecraft
The only issue I have with Minecraft now is there’s to many mobs spawning at once to the point I can barely move in certain areas without dying. If they decreased the spawns and made the mobs more elaborate and harder to kill the game would benefit 100%.

Can know I was pretty pissed when the whole archaeology update turned out to be in my opinion a flop when we get a new weapon a new skeleton surprised nobody is talking about that. When was the last time we got a new skeleton that would just make parkour all the much harder.

Elytra flying counts as falling from the highest point of your dive until you pull up. Unless they specifically coded the mace to exclude that

The flying fall is a glitch so they won't negate the damage coz then they'll have to fix the glitch

This is an item that promotes creativity and heightens the skill ceiling for Minecraft
The enderdragon and wither farms will defenetly change, or atleast the dragon farm.
So this is like combining Ultrakills coin mechanics and TF2's Market Gardener.
I love the mace don't get me wrong, i just wish the item is in 3d like the trident.
