earnsubscribers.com message - POSSIBLE HACK!!!

I just recently got a message saying to take a survey on earnsubscribers.com I also watched another video of a person who got this same message and says you'll get hacked if you take the survey. (he also says hundreds of other people are creating this message too) Honestly, if any of you got this message, DON'T TAKE THE SURVEY!!! I definetly won't! Let me know if you got this message too so you won't get hacked!
