I think It's better if you see the difference in duration of lectures instead of no. Of videos.....yes marrow Medicine has 60 videos more than prep medicine...but the difference in time duration is around 15 hrs only ... which will take approx 3 days more to complete ....so i think there is not much of difference in content..and also prep notes do not contain all the content of video so you have to add a lot of things in notes ....and i want to add one more thing..that if you are studying med from prep ..but you want to solve question bank of marrow..you will face some difficulty....even if you have covered whole syllabus..

I think it’s best if you watch videos and clear your concepts from 1st year itself , so that lot of your work will be done , but I think you can start serious preparation from mid 2nd year

To be honest you can take prepladder 1st year and second year combined course and finish off these two years , then switch to marrow for clinical subjects!
