Holy moly. This is so beautiful! I love the way you shoot these. Also loved the background music in this one. Gorgeous video and looks like such an amazing dish. I grew up in New Orleans, so you're also combining two of my favorite things. I'm going to have to go make this now.
i make something like this all the time but never had it in a bread pudding form!! Since i saw the insta/ snap, i could not wait for the vid. something so simple but SOOOOO DELICIOUS!!! agh, how have i not thought about this before?? nothing better than caramelized bananas and ice cream omg.
For your next Q & A: What are 3 cooking techniques a home chef should master? I find myself re-creating your pan seared chicken breast recipe. My chicken breasts were always dry until I discovered your recipe. Part of the detail I appreciate is that you remove the chicken "tender" from the chicken breast to make a uniform piece of meat to work with.
Banana runts yes! Lol I love anything banana but this looks particularly delicious with the rum AND bread pudding! And so easy too. May have to give this a try, thanks!
love the background music makes me ready for times in the kitchen around the holidays. difently will try to make this for Christmas dinner. you always do a great job love love love you videos. keep up the great work.
A restaurant near me in Newport Beach has a butter cake with essentially bananas foster on top that they flame at the table with rum. It's so good! Even better than the butter cake at Mastro's, which many people love. I'm just a sucker for caramelized bananas!
This looks great! I found your channel about 2 weeks ago and i have watched every video! on another note, Byron makes the cutest facial expressions when he's cooking. 😂😂
It is much better to cook on either induction or infrared stove in comparison with gas stove. Mostly in the US I see people using stoves which looks like induction or infrared makes me wonder if the prevalent use of these are due to ease of cooking or lack of gas supply.
I going to make this!! But instead of making the ice cream (I don't have the machine) I'll buy it and add the rum caramel. I think it's going to be amazing
I love watching your videos, and trying to make your food! However if I had one complaint it would be hearing the clatter and backround noise of your cooking. Again love your channel
Jesus christ this looks amazing!!!!!!!! Awn my mom loved doing bread pudding :( this reminds me of her ♥ I will try this recipe one day when im feeling confident lol
Hey Byron can u make a similar hot fudge sundae from Leatherby's it's French Vanilla, Hot fudge, nuts, whip cream, banana and top it off with cherry. Hope you are familiar with Leatherby's. :)

I would add run soaked raisins to the bread pudding for an extra texture.
Try adding a little crushed green cardamom(seeds) to the milk before you add it to the bread. It brings out whole new flavor !
His cooking style is so elegant

I wanna know the title of song. So relaxing
When you caramelize bananas, should you use ripe, semi ripe or like very unripe bananas? Does it even matter?
Mochi Chan a lil late but you should use ripe bananas, but not too ripe otherwise they'll fall apart
