Uncharted 3 doesn't often get chosen as one of the favorites but I really enjoyed playing it more than one and two. The locations are beautiful and the puzzles are fun. The interaction between the characters continues to be a fun part of the series.
uncharted 3 may not be the majority's favorite, but we all have to agree that the soundtrack is the best and Sully's participation sounds like a very well-accepted apology, since they left him aside after the start of the second game.
As somebody who's suffering from a crippling phobia myself, I believe I can imagine how much of a stressor the writhing mass of arachnids must have been for you. It feels so intensely bad when one's phobia puts the old amygdala into overdrive. 😵💫

Yeah, those spiders remind me of one of the Ratchet and Clank games where a swarm of alien insects will take you out and also the movie The Mummy with Brendon Fraser, the ancient insects there will pick you clean if happen to be in there way. And if you don't like spiders, then you may want to steer clear of Resident Evil One ( original and remake). Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil: Code Veronica.. lol
I am finally caught up on your Uncharted videos! The third game is my absolute favorite from the trilogy and watching you experience it is an absolute blast! Can't wait for the next episode 😌
I've had Arachnophobia since I was around ~7-8. I blame the movie.. Arachnophobia. It was playing on TV, and when I looked over to my left for whatever reason, there was a god damn giant spider crawling across the couch (it was probably a regular tiny spider, and ~7yo me has a liar memory, but still). But I don't generally have problems with them in games. I think part of it is because, honestly, the bigger something is the less scary I find it? Kind of? If it loses the ability to be places where I don't expect it, then it's not as big a deal. But also, games just never really capture their ability to just... move in an unacceptable stop/start/stop/start fashion. It's the way they unpredictably skitter while staring into my soul that gets me.
it's ok cyn, i know how you felt through this...i got serious arachnophobia too... i always thought the tomb/ crypt puzzle was good...two of the symbols on the tombs you can tell what they are but the other two are unrecognisable...so u have to use the notebook to figure out the rest.
You've fought undeads and Yetis already in this series, and you're shocked about giant carnivorous spiders, Lol? The question should be why wouldn't there be spiders? Told you this was the weirdest game in the series

That's why my favorite game is the fourth one mainly coz sully was in it more than Uncharted 2

This game still looks incredible. Sure, remastered and all, but those light effect and water physics were there from the get go.

Fear of spiders is one of the most common phobias. Games love to capitalize on that
