I love the house the reson the ovens are located away from the cook top is because it's a real bakers kitchen you need lots of space when baking bread. Love love love

Quick thought, might be fun for your kids if you keep the intercoms lol ;) that way if the kids playroom is in one of the rooms, you can be in the kitchen and use the intercoms to check in with them and they can have a stool to step up to them :))

I don't mean this as a hateful comment but why not just build? You are wanting to change everything about this house. With is not a criticism just an observation. If you build you can get everything you want. Tyfs HUGS
Totally valid question! We looked at building but with the way the market is right now we wouldn’t have been able to get the space we were wanting with a new build. This house was listed way under value and we’ll spend way less updating it than we would building to get the same square footage, especially with the pool! We do plan to build one day though!
