This is really interesting. There are alot of relaxation videos with cgi background. This reminds me of one that was a car interior with bed(no person). I hope you make this a series. Maybe napping on a rainy day with tapping raindrop sounds? Anyway, glad I stumbled onto your channel.

a good road trip nap is such a supportive form of self-care. It can feel so deeply refreshing to sleep after hours of driving. some of the best memories i have are waking up in my car. Happy to share this with you(:

thank you for noticing and asking - my intention is to bring all of us into *presence* together. truly existing here and now. we spend so much time lost in our heads, and i want to create a space where we can let go of those cycling thoughts and worries. i will never judge you, you don’t have to worry about saying the right thing or pretending to be something you’re not. just like spending time with a good friend. in these moments, i am truly here with and for each one of you.. and i think you’re great, exactly how you are. some day, i hope we can all meet up a smile and laugh and cuddle together. for now, sometimes, sharing the simplest things can be most meaningful. like taking a good nap together(:
