- Probably my favorite video I have uploaded so far, since it was the hardest to do.
I included only the "real" boss fights against the actual antagonists of the game, not stuff like the gunship or the droids (Nute Gunray is in his ship, but since he is actually a more or less important character I included him as well).
For anyone wondering; this was played on 'Normal' difficulty, as the game defaults to this one upon starting. Furthermore, 'Hard' difficulty only affects the damage the player receives, it doesn't enhance the AI and also doesn't give them any more health points, so difficulty doesn't matter for a no damage run in this game. In fact, I could even put 'Hard difficulty' into the title and no one would be able to prove me wrong - I however, prefer honesty.
Taking no damage from Grievous is a cake walk compared to every other boss.

Dude I remember back when I was a kid I had so much issues trying to beat Count Dooku. (It was always the 3rd phase of the fight where I always lost) and I didn't know how to force heal and here you are just destroying him lmao.
Haha I feel you. When this game released, I was hard stuck in the Dooku fight for a solid hour (I was like 7 years old).
This was such a good game one of my favourites on the Ps2

I might upload these a bit later down the line in case anybody cares (you were the first to bring that up, so more power to you), I actually have 2 of the Mech fights on my hard drive, so I may go back and finish this sometime in the future.

Its a bonus mission thats not part of the main story campaign (also technically is from another movie), but I actually have that fight on my channel, one of my „older“ videos.

0:04 0:20 How do you do that quick horizontal slash while blocking?
Hold the block button, then press the jump button while moving the left stick to the left or right and lastly press the attack button.
Xbox: LT -> A -> X (you can also press Y I think)
PlayStation: L1 -> X -> Square
You need to hold down the block button during the entire sequence of inputs, it sounds way more complicated then it is; make sure you have unlocked the ability in single player, since it is locked by default until you make enough progress in the game and purchase the upgrade (I can't remember what the name was).

Are you referring to 0:33 (just one example, I did it plenty in that video)? To get that you need to press the block button right when the opponent is about to hit you with his attack (the timing is pretty forgiving, too). For it to work you need to release your block button for a split second and press it again, then you should almost always get the counter-attack. You obviously can't counter force attacks like this, so I wouldn't solely rely on that mechanic during a fight.
PS: When you get the counter, do not press any attack button during the animation or you will do that kick animation which is easy to evade and doesn't do that much damage compared to the combos you can pull off after you "stun" him like I do (the opponent can't move for a short amount of time after the counter as you can see in the video).

Did you know why sometimes enemies parry everything and sometimes we can make a full combos without issues? How the AI work?? (ai duels is super easy but in story they are strongholds). This is a good question and I'm not 100% sure myself but I know that in boss fights with each "stage" (Mace Windu for example has 4 stages) the AI becomes more difficult (they use more combos, abilities and so on) and in the last phase they are at their strongest (obviously) and the duel AI only has 1 "stage" so it basically always acts more or less the same. Furthermore, the duel AI never plays as good as a final stage boss as you noticed yourself.
With the combos... it's RNG to be fair. Sometimes 1 hit in a combo doesn't connect so the boss can instantly recover and break your combo (happens a lot as Obi-Wan for some reason), but I may look into this some day and figure it out.
