well, it was only in this game that Ayase was a Yandere(she was a tsundere that made a Yandere face in the actual series), besides, this Yandere Kirino wasn't her fault, the curse made her that way, and the Yandere Ayase actually killed Kyousuke, at least this Kyousuke would probably get to enjoy being raped by his Kawaii (but creepy) Imouto & learn to enjoy it
wait... was she trying to disable kyousuke by breaking all his bones so he couldn't move so she will let him be with her FOREVER!!....that's...that's... FREAKISHLY AWESOME!!! (but i rather like kyousuke to be chained in a room not breaking his bones :I)
They are cousins in the VN actually, so still blood-related, they did so to avoid having to censor the endings if they were full-siblings. In the LN and Anime they are 100% blood-related and have a secret affair, though.
