I remember when I first watched you years ago ....I learned that trick with the baked beans and add some BBQ sauce to the beans ....I still do it to this day. .sweet baby Ray's..... really takes the baked beans to another level....and Yu were the one who turned me onto the toaster oven. .can't live without one

I like the way u keep it simple brother, nothing fancy. Even old skool with the paper towel starter.

I thought that brisket looked good. Man that pork roast looked amazing great job again tender and juicy. I liked the shot of the bbq and annie in the back ground making sure it was staying safe. Thanks again for sharing. 👍🙏

Looks really juicy Jim! Love some pulled pork. You use any bbq sauce on it after pulling it? Annie sure loved that bone! Cheers!

What kind of lump charcoal do you use? And do I have to use lump charcoal? Can I do it on a 22” Weber even if I don’t have the separation tool?

    • @TosTinManEasyCooking
      @TosTinManEasyCooking  2 ปีที่แล้ว

I usually use Royal Oak lump but you can use briquettes as well. It should work fine if you just pile your charcoal on one side of the grill.

Butt came out nice, what causes the slow and sear to warp?

I'd love to see you whip up an Aussie burger with the lot! My dad used to make them for me as a kid, he's since moved on so this dish prepared this way is special to me. I'd like to suggest you try it to experience an Australian classic and something wildly different.
130g mince patty with just salt & pepper
    Tomato sauce & mustard
    Fried egg
    Bacon
    Cheese
Lettuce (thin slice, easier to pile on)
    Tomato (thin slices, once again)
    Brown onion (thin slices)
    Grated carrot
    Sliced beetroot
    Sliced pineapple (cooked on grill)
    Assemble in this order
Top half of bun- Lettuce, tomato, onion, carrot, beetroot, pineapple.
Bottom half of bun- Sauces, meat, cheese bacon.
Also, don't over-do the sauce. You're also meant to have the taste of the salad, it sound be savoury, sweet and salty. It's actually a very healthy meal too. Best enjoyed with VB or Coopers Pale ale!

I got myself a brand new air fryer toaster oven the coolest feature it can do it it can preheat your oven before you put food in.

@@TosTinManEasyCooking It is. I'm trying to learn how to get some pink in the center of my steak but am learning. I'm thinking if I can do 3 minutes should get some pink. Usually I get well done brown in the middle.

Love your videos….I have a favor to ask.
Please wrap your Pork Shoulder or Brisket before dumping more charcoal in your slow and sear!
You don’t want any debris to possibly get on your meat…..thx

Don’t give your dog cooked bones ever, they can splinter and get lodged in their throat
