Thank you for the three rules Parimal sir. I call the LRA rule now onwards. It will remain in my heart for ever bcz my wifes name starts with L (Long-term), my name starts with R(regular), my daughter's name starts with A( Asset allocation). Thanks.
Rather than depending on others It is always better to invest your time and energy to learn what investing is all about. It may be tedious initially but will help you in the long run. After all it is your hard earned money
Sir, On a more enthu note, start guiding on Basics, to less privileged, ignorant people around you (Kamwali Bai, Kachra wala, paperboy etc). I believe it will help you also.
Sir thanks ..... I am watching your vedios along with neraj and parimal show and sone other selectives utibe chaneels ... For my personal financial planning and investment education purposes.... But t must say that this vedio is one of the best and to the point one word answer type ..... This 3 mantra is most fundamental and important
Thank you sir ... By listening you and other gurus of market.. i learn Investment journey is not just learning its more about relearning again and again those same core lessons .. 🙂🙏🏼 Thank you again.
Nice video. Especially liked the asset allocation part in the end and the 90/10 part where we focus on 10 percent and avoid the major 90 percent chunk.
Great video sir. It would be great you could make a video on TAXATION in mutual finds and stocks. How to reduce and avoid LTCG in people who do SIP in mutual funds and stocks. It would be great to hear on this from a learned speaker like you.
Rather than SIP..WE must invest when market down by some points For ex. Suppose you have 01 lac ..Invest 20k when market down by 500 points and invest 40k when market down by 1000 points..and invest next 40k if market goes down to 1500 points..it is far better approach than SIP.. Two dialogues of Indian society will ruin the our future 1. Do SIP regularly 2. Purchase own house Please come out of these theories
Sir khupach chaan . You explain so well about investing method . Thank you always for sharing your knowledge . So many Clarity is coming about investing . No body gave us knowledge about investing before . Your small small points and way of teaching investing is helping a lot . Thank you sir always .
The asset allocation is kind of bookish sir, at a younger age like 20's investor should focus only and only on Equity with diversification, there also you will find least risky stocks with low volatility like Wipro, ambuja cement , dabur etc. Which will work like gold, debt and liquid funds for you.
best way of booking profit should be in the manner of systematic withdrawal as per someone's need and as a result c.a.g.r. of one's portfolio will not be damaged much..!!
The current crisis in financial markets should be an opportunity to question the traditional asset allocation and suggest investment alternatives sufficiently diversified and uncorrelated with the actual turbulence.
The foreign exchange market (Forex) is not an extra asset class but all asset classes together in the same market. It can be a real source of diversification and performance subject to a systematic, disciplined and rigorous monitoring.
but the downside to this is that beginners normally loose if they dunno how and where to start, I'm a beginner myself but I'm happy I got very lucky ...now I make withdrawals weekly
Sir, I always have one doubt and no one talks about it to the extent I have heard numerous videos and read many articles. In asset allocation, where do we place real estate investment? For example, if I have bought an apartment as an investment, with a goal in mind to sell it off for (say) child’s education or marriage, or want to keep it to earn rent as regular income post retirement. Should I consider this investment as debt or real estate is separate category? If real estate is to be treated as separate category than debt, then how much should be allocation for real estate in your portfolio. If you could make a video on this topic that will be great. Love Yadnya always
