Hi doctor thanks for this video. My toddler is 2.3 years old, he never sleeps before 12 am in night and wakes up after 9 am. I have tried many methods. But all attempts failed. Also he used to sleep 2-3 hrs in afternoon. Is it good for my baby... or give some more suggestions
