If it is possible to upload an invoice example (in PDF or Word), and everytime I got new packing list (in PDF or Word), I just upload again, and ask the chatgpt to replace or update the new data, and generate a new invoice in PDF format or Word format? Or if not, at least generate the invoice text with table list so that I can copy to word? I will appreciate if you can reply me. Thank you very much.

I’m not fully following your question - are you wanting to automate the preparation of an invoice using a packing list?

This approach can indeed work, but for professionals much better results are obtained with dedicated on-line API made by Mindee
